💲KTTN DAO

Introducing KTTN DAO - a decentralized autonomous organization designed to empower the KTTN community in governance and decision-making.

Every four months, coinciding with a quarterly schedule, the KTTN DAO hosts an organization-wide election. During this period, members are encouraged to put forth their nominations, including self-nominations, and participate in voting to determine who will comprise the KTTN Board for the upcoming term. See specifications below:

1. Funding: 30% of the funds generated from NFT sales will be allocated to the KTTN DAO, ensuring a consistent financial resource to support community-driven projects and initiatives.

2. Proposals: Community members can submit proposals for projects, partnerships, events, or any other initiatives that align with the KTTN DAO's objectives. Proposals should include detailed information on the goals, budget, and expected outcomes.Regular updates and reports will be provided to the community.

3. Voting: KTTN holders will vote on submitted proposals, with the majority deciding the outcome.

4. Bounties and Rewards: KTTN DAO will offer bounties and rewards to community members for their contributions and active participation. This may include tasks such as content creation, event organization, or development work.

5. Transparency and Accountability: The KTTN DAO will maintain a high level of transparency and accountability by regularly sharing financial reports, project updates, and voting results with the community.

The KTTN DAO structure is outlined below:

1. Collective Proposal Submission and Discussions: All proposals from members undergo a thorough community discussion process, and is important for our team to maintain transparency between the community. Any verified KTTN DAO member is allowed to create a vote proposal on Discord.

2. Governance Oversight and Feedback: Proposals that advance past the initial stage are subject to evaluation by the Governance team and/or KTTN Board. This step ensures the integrity of the process, and any issues that arise with a proposal at this stage will be transparently addressed with opportunities for KTTN community input.

3. Decisive Vote Execution: Once a proposal has successfully navigated the process, it will be presented as a binding vote to the KTTN DAO through appropriate channels and posted on Discord (an on-chain solution is currently in development). The duration of the voting period, minimum quorum, and minimum passing vote requirements will be determined based on the significance of the proposal.

By implementing this structure, KTTN DAO aims to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where community members can actively participate in shaping the future of the KTTN ecosystem and be rewarded for their contributions.
